Charles River Park Cleaners

Once was a great cleaners until about a year ago.  I think they might have changed hands or the staff are getting old.  The staff are all Asian and speak very little English or poorly.  If you have a complaint they go dumb on you, but do NOT dare not to pay for a mistake they've made or they cluck like hens!  The current young man they have on the register is surly and angry, tosses your things around like they are garbage.  They completely removed the wool nap on a coat I had and shrunk a wool sweater.  Another sweater ended up stretched and they couldn't locate it for awhile--lost in the store.  They do have a great Hispanic tailor who is pleasant but again speaks almost NO english!!!  All in all, it's disappointing and I'd go elsewhere!
