Glad to see the Merc on this list however, despite my understanding of the rating system, I don't think they should get 4 of 10. It's my belief that Marilyn ensures that a very large percentage of the food comes from Colorado and is organic. They have vegetarian and vegan options as well as gluten free. The menu isn't just a list but a full description so you know exactly what you are eating. Yea for the Mercury Cafe.
